Who We Are
Rft88 is an online entertainment platform built specifically for Malaysian tastes and needs. Since launching, we have grown into one of the most recognised and trusted digital entertainment destinations in the region — not because we say so, but because hundreds of thousands of loyal members keep coming back every day.
We offer a complete range of game categories — from slot games with hundreds of titles from world-leading developers, fun bingo, live sports betting, to live casino games with real croupiers. All of this is accessible on one integrated, responsive, and easy-to-use platform, whether on your desktop, tablet, or smartphone.
What sets rft88 apart from other platforms is our player-first approach. Every decision we make — from interface design and deposit method options to withdrawal processing speed and customer support response — begins with one simple question: is this the best experience for our players?
rft88's vision is to become Malaysia's number one online entertainment platform — not just in terms of user numbers, but also in terms of trust, security and the quality of experience we deliver to every member.
The RFT88 Journey
Rft88 was founded by a team of digital entertainment industry professionals with over 10 years of experience. The platform launched with a primary focus on the Malaysian market, opening with a starter collection of more than 200 slot titles.
To serve an increasingly diverse player base, rft88 introduced a live sports betting module and interactive bingo — becoming the first platform in Malaysia to combine all three categories under one integrated account.
A tiered VIP membership system was introduced to reward loyal players. That same year, the rft88 mobile app launched on iOS and Android, making gameplay smoother wherever you are.
Rft88 reached a milestone of 500,000 registered active members. Deposit methods were expanded to support DuitNow QR, cryptocurrency and more local Malaysian e-wallets.
We continue to invest in the latest technology, enhance our security systems, and expand our game collection to ensure rft88 remains the top choice for Malaysian players.

RFT88's Mission, Vision & Core Values
Behind every line of code and every game animation you see on rft88 is a team committed to a clear mission: delivering a safe, fair, and enjoyable online entertainment experience to every player in Malaysia, regardless of their background or level of experience.
Our vision is not simply to be the largest platform — we want to be the most trusted. Trust, to us, is not just a slogan. It is something we must prove every day through our actions, policies and the way we treat our players.
Integrity
All games on rft88 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) verified by independent auditing bodies. Game outcomes are completely fair — we cannot and will not manipulate results.
Player Priority
Every improvement we make starts with player feedback. You are the reason we continue to innovate and enhance every aspect of the rft88 platform.
Transparency
Our terms and conditions are written in plain, easy-to-understand language. No hidden clauses, no unusual conditions designed to trip you up. We believe in clear, open communication.
Responsible Gaming
Rft88 is committed to responsible gaming practices. We provide self-control tools and support resources to ensure gaming remains a healthy form of entertainment.
A Platform Built for Malaysians
Something our players often tell us is how "local" the rft88 experience feels. And that is entirely intentional. From the very beginning, we built this platform with a deep understanding of Malaysian users' context, needs, and habits — not simply copying a foreign model and swapping out the language.
For example, our deposit methods are deliberately tailored to the most relevant options in Malaysia — FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, DuitNow QR, and direct bank transfers to local banks. We know many Malaysians are most comfortable with e-wallets in daily life, so we make depositing via these methods on rft88 as easy as paying a bill at your local mamak.
On the games side, rft88's slot collection features many titles popular among Southeast Asian players — including themes close to Malaysian players' hearts such as luck, festivals, and local mythology. We also offer live casino tables with croupiers who can communicate in Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin, and English for the comfort of local players.
Rft88's customer support team is specifically trained to understand issues commonly faced by Malaysian players — from questions about pending deposit credits and bonus terms, to technical assistance with the mobile app. Our support agents communicate in Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin and English, and we take pride in our consistently high first-contact resolution rate.
Another point of pride is platform stability. rft88 operates on enterprise-grade server infrastructure that guarantees over 99.9% uptime annually. Whether you open your rft88 account on a Friday night during a Super League match or during peak festive season when traffic surges, our platform stays fast and stable with no meaningful disruptions.
Important Note: rft88 is committed to Responsible Gaming. We encourage all members to set appropriate play limits and game within their means. If you need assistance, visit our Responsible Gaming us.
